Memorialization of a resolution of a variance approval to permit the construction of a 2-story addition to an existing dwelling with a front setback of 25 feet where 30 feet is required; a 16’ x 16’ shed having a front setback off 9th Avenue of 8 feet where 30 feet is required; and a 6’ fence .8 feet from the property line along 9th Avenue where a maximum of 4’ is permitted.
